PRESENTATION FORMAT

 You will have 15 minutes to describe your work to a multidisciplinary audience with genuine interest in your field, followed by informed discussion. There is a template available!

 

 WHAT TO SUBMIT

The initial submission must be an abstract with a maximum of 200 words. Later on, for those willing to publish their articles the selected abstracts must be submitted as full length papers with 4500 - 6000 words (please note that the difference to the Utilities Policy paper length requirements will be filled upon receiving the suggestins from the Scientific Committee). The full papers shall be submitted in accordance with the Utilities Policy journal guide for authors (click here). The full papers shall be sent to the following email (icrwg2015@tecnico.ulisboa.pt).

 

 WHERE TO SUBMIT

The abstract submission is made while filling the 'Registration form'. Please check the 'Registration' field in the header menu.

Note: For each abstract submitted you will have to fill a different form, bearing that each participant only pays one fee.

 

 WILL PAPERS BE PUBLISHED?

Yes, publication is guaranteed in either conference proceedings, in a special issue (Utilities Policy) or in an online platform.

 

 

 IMPORTANT DATES/ DEADLINES

• Abstract should be submitted until 24 of July 2015.

• Acceptance decisions will be made until 15 of August 2015.

• For those willing to publish their articles, the selected abstracts must me submitted as full length articles until 22 of September 2015.

• Registration with early fee ends at 22 of September 2015.
